From the very start, telling stories on the screen has been my passion. While other kids were simply GOING to the movies, I was busy shooting and editing my own short films with a VHS camcorder and a VCR. And when it came to sports, I may not have been the most... GIFTED athlete. But what I lacked in ability I made up for with an all-consuming obsession with my favorite players and teams. Don't believe me? When we work together, be sure to ask me to rattle off Mike Schmidt's career batting line, or the starting lineup of the 1986 Phillies.

My dueling obsessions would merge at Emerson College in Boston, where I studied Broadcast Journalism with eyes on becoming the next Dan Patrick or Keith Olbermann. But a funny thing happened on the way to the anchor desk... It turned out that I found my true calling in the edit suite, where all the stories in my head could become a reality on the screen. And who could deny the allure of dark and windowless rooms crammed with whirring machines and take-out food?

Boston-New York-Philadelphia-Orlando, and so many exotic parking lot TV compounds all over the world... the last 25 years have been an adventure. I often say that I have the best job in the world: I get to have a hand in shaping the way the world watches the biggest sporting events. Sporting events which, by the way, I would certainly be watching even if I wasn't busy working them. Nothing else compares to the rush of creativity under a ticking clock. Some people cave under that pressure. But I crave it. When time is of the essence, and quality and attention to detail is paramount, I am the one who wants to be in that chair.

I currently live in sunny Orlando, Florida with my beautiful wife, two talented daughters, and two eccentric dogs. I have decades of editing experience on Avid systems, my own personal Adobe Premiere home setup, and directions to Orlando International Airport.
